Michael Knulst (1964) is an Executive coach, a Certified Transformational Mindset Facilitator, a Revenue Growth Strategist and an International speaker, specializing in Innovation, Marketing and Sales. He has a broad experience in Building Companies, Driving Performance and Business Transformation.
Michael is known as a Growth Oriented Leader who has continued to generate more than 75 million USD for the companies he has worked with.
As a consultant he has worked with many High Profile Corporations. He was chief executive of several companies. And over the last three decades, he has started more than ten businesses from scratch.
Four of these businesses have been built, grown and scaled to multi-million dollar companies. And the remarkable thing is that he has done that in four different Industries; IT, Mental Health, Public and Business Consultancy.

My Story, My Mission
My personal life used to be a roller coaster. I’ve had many highs and lows, ups and downs, successes and failures.
Looking back on my childhood with the eyes of the entrepreneur that I am today; The most heartbreaking thing for me was my dad being an entrepreneur, working hard and trying to make a difference. He was struggling and his business was like a roller coaster.
In my memory he was always busy, stressed out, working long hours trying to make it work.
This impacted our family life and my relationship with him. Our family suffered because my dad was an entrepreneur.
The strange thing is that I copied my dad’s lifestyle. When I started my career I was working hard, being stressed out and sacrificed almost everything for my business. It cost me my marriage; I lost my beautiful wife, my 2 fantastic sons, our beautiful country house and -perhaps the most important thing for a man- my self-respect. Because of my ignorance, I almost lost everything I had. It took me many years to come back again and be the man I am today. I had to overcome many headaches, sleepless nights, doubts and fears. Although there are no shortcuts in life, you can make it easier on yourself and reach your destination more quickly.
As a seeker of Wisdom and Wealth, I’ve been studying life and business for many years now. I have built multiple 6 and 7-figure businesses; I am working with High Performance organizations and I had the privilege to meet Top 1% people. Like most of us, you’re an entrepreneur because you want to make a difference into the world. You try to create a positive impact. And it’s the most heartbreaking thing to me because the heart is there, but when the struggling is happening and things aren’t working out the way you thought; it takes a huge toll on the family as well.
My mission is to show entrepreneurs how they can have everything:
How you can have the business that is not stressing you out, while also being able to have the family that’s thriving, you feel really happy and supported with, and you are also making a difference.
What I’ve found is that for a lot of entrepreneurs, it’s really important for them to make a difference. But they often are too stressed out about figuring out how to build a profitable and sustainable business. While also having a family that they love and want to connect with. And I realized the ones who are able to figure this out, were the entrepreneurs that invested in themselves first! And not just their business skills, but their mental state as well.
